Linksys Wireless Adapter w/ Speed Booster bit driver – Windows 7 Help Forums

Why doesn’t it work correctly? Windows 7 Forums is an independent web site and has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Microsoft Corporation. It seems that it just hangs up there and does not go past it.

Any suggestions on how I can get this to work? Though I do agree it would be great if Linksys developed Linux drivers for this adapter. Ubuntu is an operating system, so technically anything one OS can do another can do provided the effort is acheived.

I see it in Windows I’m starting to see it in Ubuntu. Microsoft Update installed drivers that would work for a few seconds, but then would disconnect repeatedly.

I’ve tried to get one working before as well, its the fact that its a GS and not just a G, the speed booster attribute is what breaks this. I may give them another try before I attempt to return the device.
